Pronature Alliance Ghana (PAG) is a Ghanaian non-profit conservation organisation dedicated to safeguarding the country’s biodiversity and natural heritage. Our work is grounded in rigorous scientific research, ensuring that all conservation actions are evidence-based, effective, and aligned with traditional norms and guided by global best practice. We recognise that conserving nature is a shared responsibility and that lasting impact is only possible through strong partnerships. Internationally, PAG collaborates with a broad network of conservation organisations, while in West Africa, we are active members of the West African Sea Turtle Network (WASTCON). Within Ghana, we work closely with initiatives such as the KASA Initiative, alongside government agencies, universities, civil society organisations, and local communities.

Through these partnerships, we promote the responsible and sustainable use of natural resources, striking a balance between ecological integrity and human well-being. We are guided by the belief that timely, accurate, and accessible information about wildlife and habitats, when placed in the hands of decision-makers, practitioners, and communities, empowers better choices and more sustainable stewardship of the natural world.
